This workshop (or shall we say twerk shop hehe) was inspired by my travels to Mama Bali. After watching “ Eat Pray Love” on my flight to Bali… the name came through so clearly & loudly!
My intention is for you to BE in this safe space I create & let TF loose. This is an evening for you. Not your children, not your partner, not your responsibilities… just YOU at your core. Your authentic Self, your inner child…
You will shake that ass and unknowingly (at times) shake trauma out of your BEing. You will re.center with Self & BE taken on a journey within. This is a unique experience.
This isn’t something that you want to miss. Spacing is limited & there is a virtual option. So have that ass there! This month will BE heavy on the shaking off the winter blues & welcoming in that Spring energy!
