I was inspired to create this experience because I have been in spaces where I thought my best option was to dumb it down and BEcome more digestible. I've been in spaces where I took on other people's energy; thinking "if I show up in this way... I'll achieve x, y & z." I know what it is like to wear a mask not only for the world but for myself. It's time to remove that mask SiStar! I know at one point or another… Everyone in my space has experienced something similar. 

My intention is to assist you in no longer subscribing to people-pleasing. No more lack of boundaries within Self & from others. There is NO time for a lack of Self-awareness & esteem. My intention is to ignite you. The real you.
