I turned my pain into power and transmuted the dark into light. I moved through immense challenges to be the mentor and coach on the path I’m on today.
My journey hasn't always been easy, but it HAS uniquely set me up to support women through the meaningful and profound work I do today.
Born into 3 generations of trauma and forced into human sex trafficking when I was 19, I had to learn to begin my healing within my family and myself.
Although my experiences were traumatic and painful, I knew I could use my experiences and gifts to help others transmute their pain into power, too.
Now, I am on a mission to empower other women to take control of their own healing and journey back to their truest most authentic self.
